You will meet two hours per week in a small classroom setting. These "sections" provide a place to get some one-on-one feedback and discussion about physics. The format of the meeting is determined by the instructor. Your discussion instructor is your key personal contact in the course, and your main resource for questions, problems, and special needs. Any issue that you have with grading on homework or tests should be taken to them. Discussion section attendance is mandatory and your discussion grade is worth 6% of the total. Since the discussion instructors will know you best, they are the people who assign the final grades for the course.
